general tos

AGREEMENTBy commissioning me you are agreeing to my TOS .
I will not be held responsible for any misconception if you choose not read the TOS .I reserve the right to refuse your order for any reason .I reserve the right to post my commissioned work to my social media for advertising and portfolio purposes . All Commissioned work will be watermarked and quality lowered to protect them from theft .Please inform me if you wish to keep it hidden , will charge an additional 20 % for the price of the work .Please credit me when you use the commissioned work .Do not edit , redistribute the commissioned work without my permission.All Commissioned work cannot be used in NFTs , cryptocurrency , etc .
( even for commercial work )PAYMENTCurrency is in USD .Payment by PayPal or Kofi .
For Paypal user , i will create and send you PayPal invoices for payment .I will not start until full payment is made.
I am willing to negotiate payment plans on larger orders .I do not offer refunds after starting work.WORK FLOWIf you are interested in commissioning me, send me an email or contact me on social media .
I will reply you within 5 days, and further discuss the details with you.
I will make a price estimation based on your demand .After confirming the price and other details about the commission , you would need to pay full payment .
For order more than $200 , can negotiate the payment plan .Before starting to work on your commission ,
I will contact you to confirm the details of the commission again .When working on your commission , You can edit 3 times only when sketch . If there is more request of edit , there will be an additional charged unless i mistake from brief .Sketch - Line and Base // Light composition ( if needed ) - Complete version .After receiving the updates, please feel free to ask / provide feedback for adjust , to ensure the quality of the final work . ( Small edits is fine ! - Please credit me @0a00n00 / nuinui , if you post my work and designs I created .- Payment via PayPal only .- You are allowed to gift , trade or resell the design with lower price .- Designs may be resold for higher than they were purchased for. Additional commissioned pieces of the design can add to the design's resale value.- You can make the price higher than they were purchased for if commissioned pieces of the designs .- You may edit my designs after purchase .- Please be ready to pay for the adopt within 24 hours after you claimed.- NO refund .PAYMENT PLAN- Payment plans are accepted for designs valued at $200 or above .- A minimum upfront deposit of 50% is required .- The payment plan is possible for 30 days .- If you cant fulfill the payment plan , the deposit will not be refunded .
The design will be sold again and you will lose your rights to it .
